Female veterans: Take part in a survey on women’s health

77% of the NHS workforce and 82% of the social care workforce are women. They’ve also been on the front line during the pandemic. And their ongoing contribution is dependent on support for their health.

The government is now embarking on its first Women’s Health Strategy for England. Much more detailed data is needed to improve health outcomes for women across the country.

For instance, in addition to data around menstruation and gynaecological conditions, the government wants to know more about conditions that affect both men and women. And those illnesses that are more common amongst women.

Importantly the survey includes a question around the health of women veterans.

If you are over 16, and based in England this is your chance to influence outcomes for women’s health.

Please do take part in this short survey to make your voice heard.
