Give the gift of friendship this Christmas
Can you brighten up Christmas for ex-service, Royal Air Forces (RAF) personnel?
Over 170,000 veterans in the RAF say they are lonely. And this year, due to Covid-19, those without relatives, or close friends nearby, will feel even more abandoned during the festive season.
But you can make a difference by contributing to the Royal Air Forces’ Association Connections for Life service.
Your donation ensures that lonely ex-service personnel are rung by a friendly, trained volunteer, and not just at Christmas.
Veteran Clive has already benefited from the service and shares his story. He says:
“Thanks to your support I won’t feel lonely this Christmas, and neither will thousands of other veterans.”
