Help us to improve employment outcomes for veterans

Veterans - have your say

We urgently need your input. Can you spare  15-20 mins please, to share your experiences of employment after service?

RFEA – the Forces Employment Charity and QinetiQ, Warwick Institute for Employment Research (IER), are undertaking a study on employment outcomes, on behalf of Forces in Mind Trust (FiMT).

We’d like to know, for example, if you experienced any barriers during your job search. And what  does “successful employment” mean to you personally?

Please see essential criteria below that you need to meet before taking part in the survey.

You must:

– have left the Armed Forces at least 24 months ago (up to a maximum of 10 years).
– be of working age (between 18 to 60 years old).
– be currently employed, OR not be working, but actively seeking employment, OR not be working, but have been previously employed since leaving the Armed Forces.

Please note, you will need to tick all four boxes on the landing page of the survey before you can  continue to the next page. There is also a link on the landing page to more information about the survey.

If you are unsure about taking part in the study you are welcome to directly email Natalie Fisher (Principal Investigator (PI) at QinetiQ and she will help answer any questions.
