Sign up now for the free to attend Recovery through Comedy project, run by the Royal British Legion.

During this fully-funded, 5 day course you will be staying at the Battle Back Centre at Lilleshall in  Shropshire.

Dates run from Monday 31st October through to Friday 3rd November. And attendees will take part in a final live stand-up comedy show at the Royal British Legion Club in Birmingham.

English actress, Janice Connelly BEM, will lead the workshops, an area in which she has extensive experience.

The workshops aim to help you by:

– Improving confidence, wellbeing, communication, and presentation skills
– Building new relationships and provide share experiences
– Providing an opportunity to confront and overcome fears
– Learning how to manage anxiety and how to cope in stressful situations
