Help the government with research into verification of service

Can you help the government with research into how veterans verify their service?

The Government Digital Service (GDS) and The Office for Veterans’ Affairs (OVA) want to hear from veterans who have accessed both their services, and those of other organisations.

This is so that the government can better understand the experiences of veterans, and explore improvements to the process.

If you are interested in participating in the research you will be contacted by a user researcher for an interview. This can be done over video or in person, and will take around an hour.

You’ll be asked about your experiences and thoughts when you’ve contacted services and needed to verify your veteran status.

All information you provide will be confidential and your help will be much appreciated.

Veteran carers are also welcome to fill in the survey.
