The Office for Veterans’ Affairs (OVA) needs your help to improve veteran services and Veterans’ Gateway.

Have you used Veterans’ Gateway to find information or reached out to get support? If so, the OVA team would love to hear from you.

Your feedback and experience is vital in helping the OVA make improvements to both Veterans’ Gateway and services for veterans generally.

If you would like to take part in research you can get in touch by filling in the “Taking part in veterans’ research” survey.

By filling in the survey, you will register your interest in taking part in upcoming research.

You should only need to spend 5 minutes and do feel free to skip any questions that you do not want to answer.

The team will respond to some survey respondents by asking them to take part in online or in-person research sessions. And these sessions will last no longer than 1 hour.
